Weavers Fab Studio began in 2010 with a simple conviction: that cloth made by hand carries something a machine never can — the rhythm of a human being, the memory of the loom, the small imperfections that make each piece one of a kind.

We are a handloom atelier rooted in the weaving traditions of Bengal and the wider Indian subcontinent. From sarees and kurtas to shirts, tees and fabric by the metre, everything we make begins on a wooden loom in the hands of an artisan — not on a factory line.

Every thread has a hand behind it

In a world that has learned to make clothing faster and cheaper every year, we chose to slow down. Our weavers work the way their parents and grandparents did: in small batches, at their own pace. No two pieces are ever quite the same — and that, to us, is the whole point.

The hands behind the cloth

We work directly with artisan families across traditional weaving clusters — partnerships built on fair pay, long relationships and deep respect for their craft. When you buy from us, you keep a loom running, a skill alive, and a family's livelihood whole.

Coloured by nature

Our yarns are dyed the old way — with indigo, madder and turmeric, with pomegranate rind and iron. The colours are richer for it, kinder to the skin, and gentler on the earth.

Every piece we sell is handmade, honestly described, and made to last. We'd rather sell you one garment you'll keep for years than ten you'll forget by next season.
