If something isn't right, we'll make it right. Here's how refunds work at Weavers Fab Studio.

When you're eligible for a refund

  • You received a damaged, defective or wrong item
  • Your order was cancelled before dispatch
  • An item is out of stock after you ordered

How refunds are processed

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
  • Refunds are initiated within 2–4 business days of approval and typically reflect in your account within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.
  • COD orders are refunded via bank transfer/UPI — we'll collect those details from you.

Non-refundable

  • Made-to-order, custom-cut fabric (cut to your length) and customised pieces, unless damaged/defective
  • Items returned used, washed, or without original tags/packaging
  • Shipping charges (where applicable)
