Return Policy

We want you to love what you receive. If you'd like to return an item, here's what to know.

Return window

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

Conditions

• Item must be unused, unwashed and unworn, with all original tags and packaging intact
• For damage or a wrong item, please share unboxing/photo proof
• Items must be returned in a saleable condition

Not eligible for return

• Fabric cut to a custom length (by the metre)
• Customised, made-to-order or altered items
• Items marked "final sale" or bought on clearance
• Innerwear and certain hygiene-sensitive items

How to return

1. Email weaversfabstudio@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 96410 44682 with your order number and reason within the return window.
2. Our team will confirm the return and share pickup/return instructions.
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund or exchange is processed (see Refund Policy).

Exchanges

Want a different size, colour or piece? Let us know and we'll help arrange an exchange, subject to availability.

Note on handmade items

Slight variations in colour, weave and measurement are natural to handloom and are not considered defects.
